Automated Loyalty Management System (ALMS)
The ALMS will allow the client to gain 100% loyalty and ensure fraud free transactions in its fuelling stations. This solution will save the client millions of US$ per year on fuel consumption, improving fleet maintenance level and providing state of the art management tools.
The ALMS will provide automated recording of fuel receipts, fuel issues, while consolidating and reconciling the fuel inventory. The information is processed and presented at all levels in the organization starting from individual vehicle up to the entire fleet. The system gives total control on the desktop without any human intervention or manual data entry.

2.4 Ghz WAF kit
The 2.4 GHz WAF (Wireless Automated Fueling) is a wireless transceiver that in conjunction with the Wireless Nozzle Reader (WNR) enables to identify the vehicle automatically on which nozzle the fueling is taking place. When a nozzle inserted into a vehicle-fuelling tank, it reads the vehicle identification device (SVID) and transmits an RF on signal to the WAF unit to start the fueling process and at the end of the fueling, it transmits an RF off signal to stop the fueling. During the fueling, the WNR sends a refresh signal to the WAF unit that the fueling is still in progress until it completes. The WAF Unit also enables odometer reading of the vehicles entering to the gas station. The vehicle data is transmitted to the station PC that has the proprietary of the Communication Adapter (CA) application and then it will transmitted to the FMS or other application client server in REALTIME via TCP/IP protocol.

Universal Wireless Nozzle reader – 2.4 Ghz (UWNR)

The UMNR (wireless nozzle reader) is an active stand-alone device mounted on the nozzle.
The UWNR can read all the vehicle identification devices including the SVID.
When a nozzle is inserted into a vehicle fuelling tank it reads the vehicle identification device data and transmits an RF on signal to the WAF unit to start the fueling process and at the end of the fueling it transmits an RF off signal to stop the fueling.
During the fueling the UWNR sends refresh signal to the WAF unit that the fueling is still in process until it completes.
The nozzle reader is based upon proven electromagnetic identification technology. This technology provides reliable and robust communication for several years without any interference with ancillary devices and is complete with an internal battery that lasts in excess of seven years.

Small Vehicle identification Device (SVID)The SVID is a vehicle-mounted Device, which authorizes use of the dispenser. It contains the system and vehicle identification information, fuel type authorization, transaction limitation code; The SVID is setup initially by programming.
The SVID contains an inner battery source and antenna wires connected to the fuel inlet antenna or internal antenna for communication to the VIB Reader mounted on the fuel pump located in the fueling station and the programmer used to program the SVID device before installed in the vehicle.

3G Communication Adapter- 2.4 Ghz (3GCA)The 3G Communication Adapter (3GCA) is vehicle detection and data collection unit that works in conjunction with the WAF unit and enables to identify automatically the wireless devices on the gas station.
The 3GCA have three serial ports: two for WAF unit and one to station PC. It can work with two WAF units at the same time.
The two RS 485 isolated serial ports (Port 1 & Port 2); are designed to support the wireless nozzle reader (WNR) on the fuel pump dispenser via the WAF units that located in a high place at the gas station area.
The 3GCA hardware may have two models, one-model functions as an adapter from RS485 to TCP/IP with 3GCA software running on the station PC, and the other model functions as standalone data collector for other applications.
The SVID is a passive RFID device being read by the wireless nozzle reader (WNR) on the dispenser for automatic fueling.
The Wireless Odometer Reader enables online wireless capture of odometer or engine hour readings from vehicles equipped with the SVID. This data capture occurs when a vehicle passes within range of the WAF unit installed in the Gas station or in a parking area.
The pertinent vehicle data is transmitted to the station PC that has the proprietary of 3GCA application and then it will transmitted to the FMS or other application client server in REALTIME via TCP/IP protocol.
